Quickstart Create MassIVE/GNPS Public Datasets


Drag and drop your files to be uploaded and create a public MassIVE/GNPS Dataset with a DOI for a publication or just deposition. It is limited to 50 maximum spectrum files with each file limited to 200MB.

NOTE: This interface is meant to process a small set of data. If your internet is slow/unstable, we recommend the traditional method of uploading/running/submitting (see Documentation).
